 Do Something! 

Do something, 

that tests you, challenges you, 

immensely hard it may seem at start, 

stop not there for you can surpass. 

The power you have, the bottle you possess, 

needs to be tried & tested without repress. 

You may fall down, get depressed, 

may feel inconsolable and bereft; 

Get up; kneel not there, not at all, 

if steps are unsteady, rest not but crawl, 

you’ll reach there, definitely, certainly, for sure, 

keep trying, keep walking, you’ll be there, you’ll be there for sure. 

Do something, do something

 that makes you, exhilarates you, 

completes you, defines you. 

Throw yourself risks, for it’s one life, only one life, 

better to regret losing than repenting for lack of strife. 

Your true self shall shine forth gradually, 

you’ll find yourself, your purpose of life actually. 

Others may choose an easy path for existence, 

but you choose a path with most resistance. 

Better one becomes with more strife, 

dead one remains if chooses an easy life. 

Contentment, exhilaration and peace you’ll gain, 

for you chose to live life with courage and no disdain. 

Proudly, you’ll bask in the glories and heights scaled, 

for you did something, rising up every time you failed.   

Do something, do something, 

that satisfies you, pacifies you, improves you, motivates you. 

Failure comes, it does come, you want or not, 

taste it, live it, learn from it without being rot. 

Choose perseverance instead of despair, 

soar again giving your wings a repair. 

Keep up! Keep up, without any gloom, 

you’ll see, even the withered dreams bloom. 

Sense of achievement will satiate you, 

for you chose to do something to create you, create you.
