Voices

Simple present
Affirmative: - S+V1+O  (Active Voice)
e.g. She cooks delicious food. 
O+is,am,are+V3+Preposition+S  (Passive Voice)
Delicious food is cooked by her.

Negative: S+Do/Does+not+V1+O  (Active)
e.g. She does not cook delicious food.

O+is,am,are+not+V3+Preposition+S 
(Passive Voice)
Delicious food is not cooked by her.

Interrogative:Do/Does+S+V1+O?  (Active)
Does she cook delicious food?

Is, am, are +O+not+V3+Preposition+S 
(Passive Voice)
Is Delicious food cooked by her?

Present Continuous
Affirmative:- S+is,am,are+Present participle+O  (Active Voice)
E.g., She is cooking food.

O+Is,am,are+Being+past participle+Preposition+S. (Passive voice)
Food is being cooked by her.

Negative: S+is,am,are+not+Present participle+O  (Active Voice)
e.g. She is not cooking food.

O+is,am,are+not+being+ pastparticiple+Preposition+S. (Passive voice)
e.g.  Food is not being cooked by her?

Interrogative: Is,am,are+S+ not+Present participle+O?  (Active Voice)
e.g.  Is She cooking food?

Is,am,are+O+ Being+past participle+Preposition+S. (Passive voice)
e.g. Is food being cooked by her?


Present Perfect
Affirmative:- S+Has/have+Past Participle+O (Active Voice)
e.g. She has completed her work.

O+has/have+been+past participle+Preposition+S. (Passive Voice)
e.g. Her work has been completed by her.

Negative: S+Has/have+Past participle+O (Active Voice)
e.g. She has not completed her work.

O+Has/Have+been+past participle+prepositions+S.   (Passive)
Her work has not been completed by her.

Interrogative: Has/Have+S+Past Participle+O?    (Active)
e.g. Has she completed her work?

Has/Have+O+been+Past participle+prepositions+S?  (Passive)
Has her work been completed by her?
Imperative Voices In Present
Orders/Commands:
1. Shut the door. (Active voice)
Ans: You are ordered to shut the door.
(or) You are told to shut the door.
(or) You are to shut the door.


Advices:
1. You should obey your elders.
Ans: You are advised to obey your elders.
(or) Your elders should be obeyed by you.
(or)It is advised that elders should be obeyed.

Requests:
1. Please bring me a glass of water.
Ans: You are requested to bring me a glass of water.

Forbiddings:
1. Do not run on the wet floor.
Ans: You are forbidden to run on the wet floor.
2. Do not peep out of the window.
Ans: You are forbidden to peep out of the window.


Voices

Simple Past
Affirmative: S+V2(Past)+O+Time.    (Active )
E.g. She ate food at 11’o clock.

O+was/were+Past participle (V3)+Preposition+S.      (Passive Voice)
Food was eaten by her at 11’o clock.

Negative: S+Did not+V1+O+timing.   (Active )
E.g. She did not eat food at 11’o clock. 

O+Was/were+not+Past Participle+Preposition+S.      (Passive Voice)
Food was not eaten by her at 11’o clock. 

Interrogative: Did+S+V1+O+Time?  (Active )
E.g. Did she eat food at 11’o clock?

 Was/were+O+V3+preposition+S?  (Passive Voice)

Was food eaten by her at 11’0 clock?
Past continuous or Past Progressive
Affirmative: S+was/were+v1+ing+O.
She was calling you.
Passive voice: O+Was/were+being+v3+ Preposition +s.
You were being called by her. (Passive Voice)

Negative: She was not calling you.
You were not being called by you. (Passive Voice)

Interrogative: Was/were+s+v1+ing+o. (Active)
Was she calling you.
Was/were+o+being+v3+ Preposition +s.
Were you being called by her? (Passive Voice)
Past Perfect
Affirmative: S+Had+V3+O. (Active)
She had visited him before I did.
O+Had+been+v3+ Preposition +s. (Passive Voice)
He had been visited by her before I did.

Negative: She had not seen that.
That had not been seen by her. (Passive Voice)

Interrogative: Had+s+v3+o?
Had she called you?
Had+O+Been+V3+ Preposition +S? (Passive Voice)
Had you been called by her? (Passive Voice



Simple Future
Affirmative: S+will/shall+V1+O.    (Active)
E.g. She will call you tomorrow.

O+will/shall+be+V3+Preposition+S.    (Passive)
You will be called by her tomorrow.

Negative: S+will/shall+not+V1+O..   (Active )
E.g. She will not call you tomorrow.

O+will/shall+not+be+V3+Preposition+S. (Passive)
You will not be called by her tomorrow.


Interrogative: Will/Shall+S+V1+O?  (Active )
E.g. Will she call you tomorrow?

WILL/SHALL+O+BE+V3+PREPOSITION+S? (PASSIVE)
Will you be called by her tomorrow?

Future Perfect
Affirmative: S+will/shall++have+V3+O.    (Active)
E.g. She will have called you.

O+will/shall+have+been+V3+Preposition+S.    (Passive)
You will have been called by her tomorrow.

Negative: S+will/shall+not+have+V3+O..   (Active )
E.g. She will not have called you .

O+will/shall+not+have+been+V3+Preposition+S. (Passive)
You will not have been called by her tomorrow.

Interrogative: Will/Shall+S+have+V3+O ?(Active )
E.g. Will she have called you tomorrow?

WILL/SHALL+O+have+BEen+V3+PREPOSITION+S? (PASSIVE)
