With due respect, I inform your esteemed/good self that I am Arun of class VI. I am suffering from fever/stomach ache/cold/flu/conjunctivitis/headache/allergy, so I can’t attend school today i.e. on 11th of April 2020.
Considering my sickness, I request you to grant me leave for one day.
